It was the YELLOW skirt that caught my attention. I barely had any chance at capturing this woman and her ensemble since she was walking like 90 miles per hour, BUT at least I got something. This could not be posted at a better time since the trend for this Spring season is bright colors and neon colors and everything BRIGHT!
P.s.- It's my oldest sister Alex's birthday today! I will be posting something with more detail later...
